Sur ce blog nous partagerons une grande aventure: celle de 6 jeunes un peu fous qui ont décidé de réaliser leur rêve : Participer à une compétition unique en son genre : Le Mongol Rally. J-2 before departure. For your info and to all our Belgian bloggers, after the London launch, we will have a quick stop at Brussels at the autoworld to present our teams to the press. Teddy Pilette, former belgian F1 and Fiat Abarth driver has kindly accepted to be our 'padrino' for the one of the car. Dear all, A quick update:
Luca and Manfredi have reached London yesterday just on time for the departure after having driven all the way long from Torino (Italy) to London. A 18 hours journey without almost none stops....Crazy guys but thanks again for this great effort. We have reached Brussels last night at 4 am after having lost part of the 'marmite'...just a small issue. For the rest Cars are working pretty well at an average speed of 80 km/h.
Sunday 22nd: Teddy Pilette, our 'padrino' and former FIAT ABARTH racer has joigned us this sunday to see our cars and for some official team pictures together with Antoine Seyler - our public relation sponsor. Both FIAT 500 have left Brussels this afternoon with their assistance crew for PRAGUE (target: Monday 23, 1PM). Last news 8PM: Everything is fine, Both cars are in GERMANY.
We just had an interview by mobile with BEL RTL radio. They will release our interview tomorrow or the day after. Just stay tuned ! Next interview 'live' is targetted next wednesday for the Belgian Morning news !! We keep you updated.
